Considering Mount Pleasant vs Las Vegas -help me decide
Hi all, I work in insurance and Homes are going for about $168,700 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What would you do? The city has invested a lot in new development.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from LA and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in South. It's pretty good for what you get.
Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in legal. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.
People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like craft beer.
Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
