Hey everyone, I've been here for 5 years and Poverty rate is 14.5%, which is around average. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Let me know your thoughts. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
