Should I move to Mount Pleasant or stay in Memphis?

Random thought, My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Mount Pleasant sits at 551.9 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Mount Pleasant?

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great Mexican places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
