Best apartments in Mount Pleasant under ?

Hello, I'm originally from Cleveland and It's a a smaller city city with about 27,694 people. Median household income is $90,189, which feels pretty solid for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do?

Used to live on the Springfield side, now on the Sunset side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Dallas and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in West. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in retail. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Good luck with whatever you decide..

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
