Considering Mount Pleasant vs Denver -help me decide

Random thought, With a population of 27,694, Mount Pleasant is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Mount Pleasant sits at 147.8 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Should I be concerned?

Moved here from Miami about 3 years ago. it's been a really good experience overall. Still getting used to cultural scene but Good luck with whatever you decide..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 10 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the job market is legit. And if you're into running, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the Downtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
