Hey everyone, I work in real estate and Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
