Curious what people think. Rent is about $1,546/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
