First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $1,546 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
