Born and raised here. Rent is about $909/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
