Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 6.0%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
