Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Median household income is $156,875, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $779,800, which is pretty steep. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
