Healthcare options in Mount Vernon?

So, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 11.4%, which is around average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What would you do?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Charlotte and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in The Heights. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Italian.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The dating scene is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
