Best areas to explore in Mount Vista?

Hey everyone, I've been here for 10 years and Rent is about $1,876/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $526,200 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any help is appreciated. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I've lived in Fairview for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- The nightlife scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for young professionals. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I've lived in Springfield for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Close to major attractions
- Affordable housing options
- The school system scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for remote workers. Definitely worth checking out..
