Random thought, We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 22,160 people. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Does this match your experience? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
