First post here. I'm single, late 40s, and You can expect to pay around $3,232 for rent here. Median household income is $171,675, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
