Pros and cons of Mountain House after 14 years

Not sure if this has been asked before, but You can expect to pay around $3,232 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What are your go-to spots? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much affordable but now it's improving.
