Should I move to Mountain House or stay in St. Louis?

Hey everyone, Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $171,675 in Mountain House. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs? Appreciate any input. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much pricey but now it's tough.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
