How are the schools in Mountain Park?

Alright, I'm a 32-year-old lawyer and Homes are going for about $321,000 on average. Household incomes average around $95,678 in Mountain Park. It's a a small town city with about 13,102 people. With a population of 13,102, Mountain Park is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Mountain Park sits at 115.3 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've lived in Uptown for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by nightlife. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Strong job market in several industries
- The outdoor recreation scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Rising rent and home prices

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
