Is Mountain Road still affordable?
Hey everyone, It's a a small town city with about 1,517 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
Pros:

- Good internet infrastructure
- Active local events
Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Not very walkable
- Homelessness issues downtown
What neighborhoods would you suggest? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
