Considering Mountain View vs Minneapolis -help me decide

OK so Been living here since 2009. Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 82,363 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Old Town. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in consulting. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
