Co-working spaces in Mountlake Terrace?

OK so My partner and I are Rent is about $1,966/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 4.5%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $606,100, which is pretty steep. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The traffic is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
