What Muldraugh does better than anywhere else

I'm a 52-year-old nurse and Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Muldraugh sits at 200.0 per 100K. The median home value here is around $77,300, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $47,059 in Muldraugh. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Let me know your thoughts. Appreciate any input.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 14 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 5 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the cultural scene is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The public transit is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Seattle it's improving.
