Best coffee shops in Mulvane?

Been meaning to ask this. Rent is about $1,156/month for a decent place. Does this match your experience?

Used to live on the Greenfield side, now on the Old Town side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

The food scene here is solid. Tons of great Italian places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from San Diego about 14 years ago. The main reasons were retirement and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Four distinct seasons
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are growing, gas is pretty good.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Happy to answer more specific questions..
