Commute times in Muncie -how bad?

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 17.5%, which is higher than I expected. The unemployment rate is 5.0%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $92,000 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 64,739 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is decent. Tons of great seafood places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
