Hello, Been living here since 2011. Rent is about $867/month for a decent place. Median household income is $43,395, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
