Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 17.5%, which is higher than I expected. You can expect to pay around $867 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 64,739 people. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
