Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 30s, and Median household income is $84,096, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $190,400, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Pros:
- Great weather
- Good job market
- Walkable downtown
Cons:
- Hot summers
- High property taxes
- Lack of diversity
- Far from major airports
