Longtime lurker here, Poverty rate is 11.5%, which is around average. Median household income is $52,037, which feels on the lower side for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
