First post here. Median household income is $76,241, which feels about average for the area. It's a a mid-size city city with about 158K people. Average temperature is around 62°F, so the weather is moderate. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
