Just moved here 8 months ago and Homes are going for about $177,500 on average. Poverty rate is 6.2%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Would love some local perspective. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
