Hey, We're a young couple and Rent is about $2,640/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Thanks in advance! It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
