What Murraysville does better than anywhere else

Curious what people think. We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 17,307 people. Median household income is $75,720, which feels about average for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Salt Lake City it's better than expected.

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Riverside area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.
