Anyone else feel this way? I work in real estate and The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I wrong here? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
