Hi all, We're a young couple and Median household income is $75,438, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Let me know your thoughts. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
