So, Homes are going for about $606,900 on average. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much reasonable but now it's surprisingly good.

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
