Cheapest neighborhoods in Murrieta?

Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Maple Ridge. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in construction. If you're in hospitality you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

Definitely worth checking out..
