Random thought, Homes are going for about $606,900 on average. With a population of 112K, Murrieta is a mid-size city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
