Moving to Murrieta -what should I know?

Hello, I'm originally from Memphis and Homes are going for about $606,900 on average. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Does this match your experience? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is hit or miss. Tons of great Italian places. I genuinely enjoy living here.
