Murrieta vs Cleveland -which is better?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $109,780 in Murrieta. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? Thanks in advance!

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value job market, you'll love it. The healthcare is genuinely solid and I've found the quality of life is solid. My neighborhood (Highland) is wild and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Seattle, be prepared for the culture shock. safety is completely different here. And Property taxes are high.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

If you value nightlife, you'll love it. The school system is genuinely average and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. My neighborhood (Highland) is manageable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Salt Lake City, be prepared for the culture shock. healthcare is completely different here. And Not a lot of cultural diversity.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is pet-friendliness. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..
