Hey folks, We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,292 for rent here. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. The weather takes some getting used to. As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much growing but now it's excellent.
