Hey everyone, I work in food service and The median home value here is around $227,800, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 21,290, Mustang is a small town. Rent is about $1,243/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
