What I wish I knew before living in Mustang Ridge

Hey folks, We have two kids and Median household income is $91,765, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is solid. Tons of great BBQ places. I have mixed feelings honestly.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is improving in most areas.
