Worst things about Myers Corner nobody talks about

Hello, I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $109,133 in Myers Corner. Median household income is $109,133, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $379,400, which seems about average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from Charlotte about 8 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are growing, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Hope this helps!.
