Hello, I'm originally from Salt Lake City and Rent is about $1,132/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 37,214 people. Poverty rate is 11.8%, which is around average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? The weather takes some getting used to.
