Biggest downsides of living in Myrtle Grove?

Curious what people think. I'm a remote worker and With a population of 16,637, Myrtle Grove is a small town. The median home value here is around $182,600, which is actually reasonable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. walkability used to be much wild but now it's average.
