Myrtletown vs Cincinnati -which is better?

Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 40s, and You can expect to pay around $1,712 for rent here. Poverty rate is 13.7%, which is around average. Household incomes average around $55,543 in Myrtletown. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Used to live on the Springfield side, now on the Lakewood side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.

Moved here from Charlotte about 9 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to safety but Happy to answer more specific questions..
