Studio apartments in Nahant -options?

Anyone else feel this way? We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Moved here from Seattle about 7 years ago. I have mixed feelings honestly. Still getting used to traffic but No regrets on my end..
