Living in Nahunta -the reality

Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 50s, and The median home value here is around $52,200, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $33,934 in Nahunta. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great Vietnamese places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
