Co-working spaces in Nampa?

Random thought, My partner and I are Rent is about $1,340/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $72,122 in Nampa. With a population of 106K, Nampa is a mid-size city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What would you do? Thanks! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a project manager who relocated here from Nashville about 9 years ago. The main reasons were school and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Lots of new development happening
- Active local events and festivals
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Nightlife is limited

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are competitive, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, I love the pace of life here. Hope this helps!.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The pet-friendliness is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I'm a lawyer and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

Hot take but I'm still on the fence after all this time. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I've lived in Old Town for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good airport with direct flights
- The cost of living scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Homeless population growing downtown
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for singles. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
