Working in Nampa -salaries realistic?
Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,340/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $332,500 on average. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 7.2%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
